Let us know if youll be buying a pair of toning sticks (or have one) before tomorrows class so we can open up the spot to someone who needs to borrow!!! $17 for standard sticks, $25 for insanity ones. If you want to buy the heavy ones, be at class by 8:30 for a tutorial or you wont be allowed. Sorry, its for your own safety! Those who came to the demo or have since been trained by Lauren are allowed to use one of the heavy pairs tomorrow (only 2 available to borrow) or buy your own. Note, the class can be taken without any weights at all!
