Lets Start a CONTEST! Guess my weight at the official 4am weigh in on Friday July 18th (It will only be me at the scale-- LOL ---Official disclaimer! ). The closest to guessing my weight at that time will win a 5 Day supply of Shakeology (assorted flavors) to sample for FREE. :-) A 25.00 dollar value. Yes thats right FREE!!! ( I will include some excellent recipes as well) Now, my last official weigh in was on 06/27/14 and the weight was 252.2... I weighed exactly the same on 06/29/14...so an average of 3.3 lbs per week.
