Lets do this! Another Stability Ball Combination move to try! THIS ONE addresses those stubborn areas (back of arms, back of thighs and abs!) Are you in? Here is the move: Using a sofa, chair, bench or platform place your hands on it fingers pointed forward. Put your feet up on the ball. LOWER down to a tricep dip and back up. While in the UP position, CURL the ball back towards you using your HAMSTRINGS to drag it in. Keep your CORE tight and UP! Will you try these? How many can you do?
