Lets learn a few yard sale etiquette tips! 1. If someone posts an item for sale and they say firm on their price A) that is the price they are selling it for B) if you want to discuss price you should inbox them to discuss....which leads be to C) do not come into their house and they say how low can you go? And pick at every little microscopic problem you see that has nothing to do with item being sold! It is a waste of my time and yours. I have a small child that doesnt need to be in the middle of drama (so therefore I had no choice to sell something for way less than what it was worth.) 2. if you plan to meet someone somewhere at a certian time and cant be there let them know. Especially if they are traveling out of their way to meet you. 3. Read the description well. I hate it when all the information is in the description and you waste time telling people the same thing over and over because they look at the picture without reading! I have no issues with the administration on this site. People are just always trying to low ball or screw others over. Think about the way you deal with people selling an item because the next time you are selling you dont want that to happen to you! I am absolutely sick of people and their lack of respect and I am done dealing with the people on these sites. It is much easier for me to hold everything until summer and have a real yard sale and then take everything I dont sell to the salvo. This is such a headache. I cant believe how many situations and rude people I have talked to or crossed paths with in the past week!
