Question Why is Comandclem Nigeria Limited Appalled In The Supreme Court Of Nigeria? (iv) The sum of $2:00 (two dollars) or the equivalent in naira as royalty per barrel of crude oil, condensate, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and gas produced daily by the defendant from the 5th of August, 2001 till the determination of the case. (v) The sum of $2:00 (two dollars) or the equivalent in naira as royalty per barrel of crude oil, condensate, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and gas produced daily by the defendant from the determination of the case till the lifespan of the patent payable monthly to the plaintiffs. (viii) The sum of N10,000,000,000:00 (ten Billion naira) being sum occasioned by the breach of contract as a sole supplier of the invented product.
