Today is the one year anniversary of my dads passing. I miss his guidance based off of his life experiences. (Like, Dad, can you come out here and help me install this water pump? Or Dad, can you come over here and help me with a broken ice maker?) He was always ready to help anyone who asked - it didnt matter their problem - he would still try to help. I miss taking him fishing and I miss him taking me fishing - two very different experiences. Most of all, I miss dropping by his house every day to pick up Fez the dog from Daddy Joe Day Care and just sitting in that big blue chair next to him and talking about current events. Short form - I miss him. Dad, thanks for taking the time to teach me all that you did. Im trying to emulate your actions to the best of my abilities and pass on as much as I can to your namesake, Joseph. Until we meet again in that House Not Made With Hands - Eternal in the Heavens.
