Lets look at African countries invaded by Britain and France. We have had one level of civil war and conflicts and the other. From Nigeria to Sierra Leone to Ghana to South Africa to Ivory coast to Equatorial Guinea to Mali to many others. What these invaders did was to divide families and unite incompatible units to achieve their common objective of carting home our natural resources to their royal warehouses including our art works and our children who they converted to modern slaves in their countries. They achieved this using arms which definitely were more sophisticated than what our ancestors had then. Many Africans were killed so they can loot the continent. They were also able to buy over some weak Africans who they made chiefs and prison guards. These bigots supplied them with slaves and laborers who were shipped to the Americas and the Caribbeans and Europe as well. Even after Lincoln abolished slavery in US, it lingered on in the Europe and Africa while America shifted to outright discrimination and public lynching of Africans. Africa only became free after world war II. This was due to her role in the war. Kenya and some other eastern countries tried resisting through sects like the Mau Mau tribe but they lost. Our independence was a compensation for our contribution in a war that was never our business. When the lot fell on Nigeria, the educated few whose parents were the chiefs then were invited to London for a well planned royal super. That was to be the last super. There and then an agreement was reached and Nigeria was given leaders they never voted for. Britain saw the future from then and knew it was never gonna last. They knew our thinking werent the same. To make it worse they favored one above the other and closely watched while the young country struggled with one coup to another and to a war that swept her population into the sea. Now for fifty plus years we have bn eating this shitty cake called Nigeria. Lugards babes idea of a nice name for another British colony. A gift from one lover to another
