Lets not workout and say we did and make up a max out time. Keeping it real, that was the temptation running through mine and Matts mind today. Todays been the laziest of days and we didnt want to move at all. BUT, tomorrow is Pulse (recovery) and Sunday is the day off, so we had to end week 2 with a bang. Tricep dip reaches, OUCH. The modification is to take out the reach and just do the switch kick with your foot. Switch kick punch abs are Shaun Ts favorite freaking move in this program, I swear. When I first did them, I couldnt do them all the way. Im getting stronger, but WHEW, these are tough! The modification is to keep one leg on the ground as you lift the other and punch. Matt totally beat kicked my butt in the workout today. #IMaxedOut at 18:34 (personal best), while he maxed out at 19:45 (his personal best). The best thing is, we did it and we did it together instead of enabling each other to no do it at all. :D What workout did you do today?? #flexfriday #fitcouple #personalbest #nevergiveup
