Lets see... Today I ate a steak, egg and cheese breakfast taco with a chocolate peanut butter Belgian waffle. Lunch was a turkey wrap with a bowl of minestrone soup. Dinner was a slow roasted balsamic chicken with stir fried vegetables and rice. Just ate a vanilla frosty for dessert. Im eating like this on the daily and losing a pound each week. 10 lbs so far. I thought fat loss was supposed to be hard. Almost feels unfair. Not trying to boast. I wish I could share my methods with everyone! All you gotta do is ask!
