Lets try this again, FB: 13 years ago: I was in Greenwich CT on vicarage - 30 miles downwind. Prepping for our monthly pericope study group. We ended up having the Litany with the Sacrament of the Altar, and all departed again for their parishes. Ended up planning the service for that night since my vicarage supervisor wasnt able to be reached (no cell phone). Sang my setting of Luthers Collect for Easter/Funerals that night for the first time. Most importantly, we lost none from our congregation, but most people in Greenwich knew someone who died in the towers.
