Letter I just replied to Alamo Rent A Car regarding their terrible business. Company is so backwards and they rubbed me the wrong way. Bad press travels faster than a compliment does. ----- Nick, I have been trying to call that location for the last several days at different times. They or specifically your company does not pick up at that location. They ignore the phone ringing. To say that I am dissatisfied with Alamo is a joke. I cant even throw an insult or type an angry word. Just -beyond- disappointed at every level and realm of service that has happened with this company; including the 4 days time to answer my email. Prove me wrong and go beyond this crappy level of service and attempt to win back a customer. I dare you Nick. Make a customer happy instead of reading a script of apologies and cut/pasting the same response again. Show me that Alamo doesnt suck across the board. I double dare you. If not, then I hope you get out of this company before it folds. Ill never rent from anything having to do with Alamo or its subsidiaries ever again. Regards, Chris Worley
