Please ask for Mr P A Dines, direct line: 0171 893 2248. “Dear Sirs, Rough Trade Distribution Limited – In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation I write to advise you that general meetings of the company and its creditors have been convened pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act, 1986, formal notice of which is given below. I enclose, for your information, a summary of my receipts and payments to date showing a balance in hand of £4,554 and report as follows: Receipts The only receipts in the last 12 months have been bank interest and Treasury Bill gains. Payments As creditors are aware a dividend of 3.9p in the £ was declared and paid in the last 12 months. Future Prospects The only remaining assets in this matter are claims in other liquidations. The respective liquidators are hopeful of further dividends being paid in those liquidations, although it is likely that this will not happen for some years. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act, 1986, that meetings of the contributories and creditors of Rough Trade Distribution Limited will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London, W1M 1DA on 5 November 1998 at 1045 hrs and 1100 hrs respectively for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up since liquidation.
