Letter from the Principal of Mandalay Primary School to READ to RISE: Dear Madam, I herewith wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation on behalf of our learners for the selfless efforts of your volunteers in organising books for our learners. We would like to salute Read-to-Rise for their exciting initiative to make quality books available to young readers which in turn will encourage them to read. This is a wonderful example of the spirit of Ubuntu- commendable! Our learners thoroughly enjoyed reading the books. We trust that their levels in Literacy and Numeracy will improve.
