Letter of despair to my soon-to-be ex service provider, Gridhost - TopicsExpress

Letter of despair to my soon-to-be ex service provider, Gridhost in cape town. Xoliswa Mpati, i will not blame you for introducing them to me, they were the most appealing proposition at the time, now how things have changed.... I do not know if this is some sick psycho idea of getting to me or at me or even or something, or if it is how you now serve clients, but it has gotten out of hand and completely unprofessional. In the first place you suspended the mavojosisecurity.co.za when it was not owing you anything, it was just some form of I think reckless arrogance of just because you can. It was my other accounts that were owing and even then due to communication issues - I have just paid for afrobellaproducts which I tried to cancel for the last two years, has never been used but am still paying for it! Anyway, when I was out of the country laying my only sibling my dearest sister to rest we exchanged emails and I explained my situation you said you would get back to me with your decision considering the circumstances - you never bothered to. Now I have paid off whatever it is that was outstanding and you even send me emails saying you have unsuspended the account in question, two emails to be exact, yet it is still suspended. You have suddenly developed this sick habit of ignoring email messages, and somehow I dunno if it is just to me or if it is general service level decay and rot setting in. Can you pls reactivate my account, you have caused me so much untold suffering and damages but I really cannot do anything about it coz you have the power to suspend whatever account you wish to suspend whenever you feel like it. And now it is all sorts of psychopathetic games when you must reactivate. Get a life as a unit, a company or whatever you would like to call yourselves. Now pls reactivate the account if you do not mind, I do not enjoy having to talk to you or communicate with you. You are an unpleasant experience overall. really, nxa. You sounded gay capetonian when i spoke to you telephonically, i have nothing against kapsie-gays and i hope it can remain that way..... -- Nqo R. Ndlovu +27 81 597 6955
