The democratic and constitutional set up of the Madhya Pradesh has totally collapsed with the rights of common citizens threatened. This attempt to murder me and my family has been continuing since past 10 years. My earning of income has been blocked. The bureaucracy under the influence and pressure of chief minister of Madhya Pradesh has illegaly and unconstitutionally stalled justice to be given to me in my property case. The detail of this I have already provided to you in the previous letter. An atmosphere of violence, fear , terror, corruption and vulgarity prevails in the state. There is misuse of the state machinery by a collusion of unsocial, corrupt and criminal elements. Madhya Pradesh chief minister and associated syndicate are hard core criminals with a murderous mentality . They have colluded to amass vast amount of wealth for themselves. They have compromised a certain section of print and electronic media with paid news and other benefits and terrorized others to not dissent them. The goons are protected and encouraged. THE various types of mafia are active in the state. The chief minister has pocketed the legislative assembly. He has purchased and demolished other democratic forums where true identity of this government could be revealed. The Madhya Pradesh Government did not pursue and follow the orders of the honoroble supreme court and high court of madhya pradesh. In fact the chief minister and associates do not believe in Indian constitution but use it to safegaurd their corrupt, criminal and illegal activities. In light of all this and my thorough research, analysis and experience I have concluded that the chief minister and the BJP and RSS do not deserve to remain in the government. His excellency should impose the presidential rule with immediate effect.Or I fear that this government lead by BJP will misuse the state machinery, along with money and muscle power to win the coming Vidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha elections. It has already done this in 2008 Vidhan Sabha elections by creating an atmosphere of fear, of which me and my family have been victims. An immediate action is also required to safeguard the life and fundamental and human rights of me and my family. Thanking You Yours Sincerely RAJESH RAMAVTAR PANDEY ADDRESS- 402, Mohit Heights Behind Frontier Bajaj showroom Home Science College Road,Napier Town JABALPUR MADHYA PRADESH UNITED INDIA BHARAT HINDUSTAN PHONE NO. 09424726235 EMAIL-rajeshramavtar25@gmail COPY TO: Vice president of India Prime Minister of India Chief Justice, Supreme Court Speaker Lok Sabha Home Minister of government of India (central government) Cabinet Secretary of government of India Chief Secretary ,Government of Madhya Pradesh Directorate General of Police, Government of Madhya Pradesh
