Letter to the AG challenging him to provide evidence of his public claims about FIXIN T&T: Dear Mr. Ramlogan, We begin by reminding you that as Attorney General you are the primary defender of the Constitution of Trinidad and Tobago and the titular head of the Bar. You will undoubtedly agree therefore, that a public official who knowingly makes false statements or shows reckless disregard for their truth or falsity, is wholly unfit to hold such office. In this regard we refer to excerpts from media releases you issued in response to statements we made: •In a release issued on April 21, 2014 you stated FIXIN T&T (sic) is a branch of the PNM that masquerades as an NGO. It is a one man PNM splinter sideshow which provides strategic political support for the PNM. •In a release issued on November 17, 2013 you stated Fixin TnT (sic) is a party group or branch of the PNM. Their full page newspaper advertisements are financed by the PNM. FIXIN T&T is a registered Not for Profit organization committed exclusively to the realization of a Safe, Secure, Efficient and Productive Trinidad & Tobago. We have no political party allegiance and/or affiliation. We challenge you to provide even a shred of evidence to support your claims that: 1.FIXIN T&T is a party group or branch of the PNM 2.FIXIN T&T provides strategic political support for the PNM 3.FIXIN T&Ts full page newspaper advertisements are financed by the PNM We look forward to your response within seven days.
