Whether the DA recognises the I.L.O Convention 169 United Nations report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights and fundamental freedoms of Indigenous Peoples, Rodolfo Stavenhagen (E/CN.4/2006/78/Add.2)? How would the DA ensure that the Khoisan peoples are recognised as First Nation of South Africa and abolish the amorphous category of "Coloured" as Nama, Griqua, Koranna, Cape Khoi and San groups have been categorised through Apartheid laws?
