My client is looking for a smart bright and professional person to work within a busy estate agent. This is a great opportunity for the right person. This a great chance to make loads of money! The daily tasks at the office involve viewings, valuations, advertising and canvassing new landlords. You will be required to engage yourself pro actively in the following • Register new applicants, update our database system • Organise daily valuation and viewing schedule • Market properties (web advertisements, phone calls) • Follow up clients (both applicants and landlords) • Canvass new landlords and bring on new properties • Maintaining existing business • Arranging and attending valuations • Winning instructions and closing deals • Create and manage marketing campaigns • Generate repeat as well as new business ensuring profitability • Sourcing and registering potential Landlords and tenants • Door to door as well as phone canvassing We would like to hear from you, if you are: • Has some experience in lettings • Highly motivated/organised • General admin skills (Microsoft Office etc) • Able to work under pressure for long working hours • Clean UK driving license • Good local knowledge of West London We are looking for someone who will work with us long term and will help our business to expand and grow in the local area as well as developing long-term career prospects with the company.
