Please tell him (Dana) that all ocean bays where there are nuke plants dumping their effluent into the bay have NOTHING left living in the bay - they are SCOURED. Also all rivers with nuclear power plants dumping into the rivers create dead zones where they dump into the ocean. I can tell you how I figured it out - I marked the dead zones along the Pacific coast, and where nuke plants dump into the ocean were all dead zones. Then because the dead zones are blamed on agricultural chemicals, I checked the health of the bays where rivers pass through agricultural areas and the rivers dump into the ocean bays. NONE of the bays receiving river water that passes through agricultural areas were dead zones.
