Levene Chartered Surveyors was originally founded in 2000 by Mr Simon Levene BSc (Hons) MRICS who is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer. The company has grown through strategic development, emerging as one of the leading professional practices in the area. Our motto “Everything Property” is based on the extensive knowledge we have acquired and the extensive capability we have assembled in the team. Our knowhow is an asset to our clients, and we are proud of our excellent record of client retention, due – we believe – not only to our high standards and practices, but to our personal and dedicated service. We are proud members of RICS, and are a traditional firm of General Practice Surveyors which cover all aspects of Real Estate services including Valuations, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Building Surveys, Party Wall Awards, Planning and Development Consultancy, Arbitration, Rating as well as an Independent Surveyor and Expert Witness Service. Levene Chartered Surveyors also has nationwide coverage and experience in buying, selling and providing a full consultancy service to corporate and other occupiers/investors. Our Red Book valuations endorsed by RICS are used for a multitude of purposes such as loan security, probate, taxation, balance sheet, matrimonial, financial reporting, dilapidations, insurance and going concerns amongst others. We act for financial institutions, law firms and accountants, property investors, estate agents and private individuals. Many of our clients appreciate the speed and efficiency of the service we provide. Our aim is to provide our clients a reliable facility where they can expect high standards every time we are instructed. We know how important it is to determine a fair assessment and or valuation of your property, and you can rest assured that we deliver accurate and timely reports on a consistent basis.
