Libertarians who want to see a more user fee oriented government should hesitate before the Harper governments latest money grab with regards to the rules for replacement bridges over the St. Lawrence in Montreal (specifically that they must be toll based). Its counter productive to attempt to reform government and make it more efficient. Government robs us of our wealth and bosses us around, do we really want these people to be better at either of those things? This is really just a tax increase by any other name. On the other hand I dont live in Montreal and the Quebecois r a bunch of whiners, so screw u frenchie! pay up!
