Lieve sangha, Jullie weten dat Malgosia Roshi ziek is. Ik kreeg via de mail dit verzoekje uit Polen. I have an idea related to our practice and Roshi. The point is that my phone rings every day at 21:57. And I started to thing that your mobiles could do the same:) It rings as I have set an everyday alarm to do the joint meditation for Roshi, together with all the sangha. It had been set a several months ago and I do not know how much is remained of it in practice. But what is sure is an alarm in my phone. I started to think if anybody would like to join to my phone alarm idea to create a network of joint action at a distance. Its simple, its just that at the same time, we share the same action: to do any conscious practice or activity in the intention of Roshis health. This could be a mindful drinking a glass of water, a visualization of Roshi, beautiful and vivid, we all know or an impulse of feelings to her or our faith in her and her success , a silent prayer, a wish for healthy Malgosia, whatever is convenient to you and most appropriate in your sense. Some of us like a practice of sending the light, other know the healing practices, all is great. Most important is to be just positive, for Malgosia, for life, not against anything. Come on! Just a moment or two. The more of us the better :) Make sure your phone alarm is set in the repetitive mode, on 21:57 (9:57 p.m. / GMT+1, Central European Time).
