Life. Thats what it is, life, exact opposite of death. In deep reflection of what I posted yesterday, about health, of body, mind and soul, I am a sad witness to my friends fathers passing. Only all of 52years, having ignored heart attack symptoms, warding off attempts by family to be taken to the hospital. Remember, you can never buy back that time, nor your health and take your wealth to the grave. When you are working to earn handsomely, lively handsomely, spending on your internal makeup and not just external. Have you ever thought that your hair can be shiny, long and thick or however you want it of you spent money and energy on good good and not the most expensive shampoo, conditioner, hair treatments and head massages? Nothing will repair things from the outside. I am sad for my friend today. Be there for your loved ones, whether they are friends or family.
