Life at Associated Builders & Contractors, Greater Michigan Chapter today and tomorrow is always an interesting experience & experiment. I dont do annual reviews instead I do annual previews. 2014 and the lessons we learn arent opportunities to revisit either to celebrate our successes or do lament on our failures; thats to be done during the year at the time they happen. So today and tomorrow I get to fire every one of my employees in 2014, give them the expectations for 2015, give them the next week and a half off (paid) and if they show up on January 5 2015 then I just rehire them. Its not like either of us dont know what to do on the first day back 😁😁😁
