So it takes 8 mins to complete one whole group of exercises. Your going to do this 4 times. Exercise 1. Press ups When you have completed your 16 rounds rest for 2mins Exercise 2. Sit ups When you have completed your 16 rounds rest for 2mins Exercise 3. Squats When you have completed your 16 rounds rest for 2mins Exercise 4. Burpees
