Life certainly comes with its portion of hills and valleys… At one moment we can be down, and yet in another we can be flying free and high as a powerful and courageous eagle! Truthfully speaking, sometimes we find that we cling and seek to be closer to God in the most difficult and trying times in our lives, and of course, that is His intentions. But it is also important that we remind ourselves in those times that we are flying high and when we are in a season of prosperity, that our relationship remains “status quo” with God. No matter what state of life you are in, (be it the bad times right along with the good times)… GOD IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE THERE! He is as close to you in the bad times as He is in the good and, in fact, HE IS THE REASON for any and everything that He allows to happen in your life. Whenever we are exiting a heavy storm or receiving an extraordinary breakthrough in life from God, it can sometimes become “inadvertently” easy to forget to call upon Him as frequently as we did when we were making our way through a difficult season. But always remember, that without God you could not and would not have made it through your storm, because as hard as it may have been, it was Him who sheltered and protected you from more than what it could have been. Without Him, you could not have the things in life that brings you joy, peace and prosperity, because it was His Favour that opened up incredible and unforeseen doors for you. No one can bless you the way God can (absolutely NO ONE!)… it doesn’t matter where you are in life. He is reason you grow in life… He is the reason you meet the right people at just the right time in your life… He is the reason you carry certain talents and you are able to do the things you do so well in your life. I don’t know about you, but I simply don’t believe in the word “coincidence”… God’s promise to you is that He will NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU.
