Life has chucked me some curve balls just recently, and if Im honest it has knocked me, caused a few sleepless nights, but do you know what, very often we worry about something we cant change! So why worry? Its that time of year again, miserable weather, dark evenings and a Christmas most of us can ill afford to finance. Every time I go into London there are train delays because someone has jumped on the line! How sad :( Life is our most precious gift, I feel so sad that some sees no other way out. I have a good heart, I am enough so if I KNOW that why should others who dont know me believe otherwise? Is it the same for you? Please dont let life pull you under, if youre struggling with anything, debt, loneliness and see no way forward, its not failure to turn to someone for help. I woke up & saw the picture of the young cricketer who has sadly died, life is snatched away at any given moment, dont waste yours, there is help, youve just got to reach out.......
