Life is, Death is the great equalizer. When we leave here, we pretty much exit with what we entered with. My friend, Doris, the 92 year old teenager, died yesterday. For over a year we have made every kind of doctors appointment. Got our nails and hair done, breakfast, lunch and become friends. Doris needed a walker and a cane but didnt use them. She couldnt see well but she saw everything and if I complained about anything, she would just smile and say Charles get over it. We knew about each others family and friends. Doris enjoyed sharing a ride as she did with Earlae Thomas and Alyssa Lyon Pack and when the tires quit rolling she had made a new friend. Her cantankerous dog Sam loved her. Her family and friends miss her, but we know for certain that today, any infirmity she had has been washed away by the Blood of Christ. Doris, This ones for You.
