Life is a constantly revolving prism. A prism which the grand reflection of creation with its exquisite and seductive colors makes it appear lovable as dreamlike and lively. This collection is a gateway toward the story of life. This introductory monologue by a rhetorical and purportedly wise male voiceover repeated at the beginning of every nearly 100 section of OSHIN during the late 80s on Iranian National TV. The original series are a collection of 297, 15 minutes clips but the the one with Farsi subtitles are nearly one hour long segments. Now the whole series is available in Farsi and English subtitles and perhaps other languages on YouTube! I remember there was so much discussion in Iran at that time to try to find the un-censored version of OSHIN through underground video market. I was not lucky enough!
