Choose to lose any less-than-healthy habits and win a better quality of life.... CHOICES *Eat a half-pound bacon cheeseburger or a grilled chicken breast sandwich with honey mustard *Drink a 20 oz pop or a tall glass of water *Hit the snooze on your alarm or get up and do some stretches and strengthening exercises *Sit through two hours of television or turn off the tube after an hour and take a walk Thank about choices you make daily and see if there are any you could improve on!
