Life is full of disappointments. When someone enters my life, I always try to not be the person who punishes them by not trusting, not opening up, not listening, keeping walls up (as some ppl say), etc. Because of past experiences. When everything in you wants to keep ppl at a distance bc you have been there and ppl have taken advantage of your big heart, generosity, trust, loyalty, etc. What happens??? Do you know what happens? What you originally thought would happen. People show who they really are. Smh. Disappointing. But life is a funny game. Whenever you think about the time you have wasted investing in someone who doesnt want the same things you do. And you think about picking that phone up and doing what you shouldnt do and call her. The phone rings. And its someone who does want the same things that you do. And just when one door closes, another opens up. Tonight the past revisits me, and this time, it has to be done right. Im not getting any younger. And these women out there are getting more vicious by the day. Everything just might happen for a reason. But dont get it twisted, I will not hesitate to put a lady in timeout. Im far from desperate. Just know what i want.
