Life is full of surprises. By accident, we got hold of two tickets for a concert of mind blowing Damien Rice yesterday. His latest album has been produced in LA and Iceland and some of the greatest Icelandic musicians supported this process. Consequently surprising, his support act yesterday was a sweet little Swedish-Icelandic due called My bubba. Their music is delicate, reduced and harmonious. Two women and a guitar. A sold out Admiralspalast Berlin with approx. 1,750 people, in huge silence listening the fragile voices of these two ladies was magical. Of course theyll play Iceland Airwaves Music Festival and after that 10 gigs in the Netherlands. Talking about Damien Rice.
