Life must go on. Let me continue with some Brazil titbits. Just some information to update what I released yesterday. 1. Apparently when Kevin Prince Boateng questioned Kwesi Appiah as to why the coach was swearing at him, Appiah shouted at him. So Boateng also swore at him and the two men nearly fought. 2. As you all know, the team is now in Brasilia and awaiting the money which should arrive any time soon. 3. Even though the team is going through the motions, Kwesi Appiah has lost the dressing room and the players have lost a lot of respect for some of the top officials there as well. 4. Apparently, the players were told that the money would be credited to their account at a set date. It was when it did not happen that the players began to agitate for their money in cash. They were promised the money on Saturday but due to the delays in getting a landing permit for the special jet, that did not materialise, hence the players threat not to train. Seems like the players do not trust the paymasters. Nsem piii
