Lifting form is crucial to a healthy prep and long competing career. Spent some time with Iron Diva Fitness yesterday reinforcing her core stability and alignment during her deadlifts by using a slight regression during each rep. I use videos to assess both my in-person and virtual clients to make sure that the way theyre applying their programs in the gym - and on the plate! - is sure to lead them to the results theyre after.
