Like Don Rickles, Joan Rivers job was insulting people, but thats not an easy job. With the Obama-is-gay remark an aging befuddled Joan Rivers crossed that line and she paid the price. There are some villains that if you offend them it can cost you your life. The more prominent a person is the more careful they are about what they say, because they have a large audience and that makes them a potential threat to tyrants. In this world of phonies and liars, to many people the truth is indeed offensive. Joan Rivers was murdered because she was an aging prominent gossiper who had lost the ability to recognize the line that you do not cross and therefore could not be trusted to not spill the beans about other establishment secrets she was no doubt privy to. Her murder also serves as a warning to other celebrities who might be tempted to get loose-lipped. Joan Rivers Paid the Price: youtu.be/khhw6LOnTHU
