Like Paul if we refuse to pay bribe we might suffer the consequences .. but that the best thing to do NO TO CORRUPTION i was in Harare recently applying for my daughter birth certificate USD 20 under the table i could have and got the birth certificate same day and process her passport i did not and it meant waiting for a week for it to come out ... it meant going back to swaziland without my daughters passport.. how disappointing but at least i did not pay bribe...its difficult to say NO but we can try and with Holy Spirit helping us we can succeed. On my way back i got two tickets from police officers i could have paid bribe a small amount and drove away i asked them to write the tickets and i paid the full amount (reasons for tickets were Zimbabwe traffic laws do not recognise in built reflectors on my Mercedes Benz E-Class) some laws...i need to buy some reflectors and stick them onto my car. i could have paid USD2 bribe i choose to pay USD10 ticket
