✔ Like ✔ “Share” ✔ Tag ✔ Comment ✔ Repost Hi. Im Darwin and I am becoming sadder and sadder in rescue. I was supposed to be adopted by now. A lady applied for me, the rescue held on to me for a month, then she decided not to take me home. The nice rescue people had told other applicants I was already being adopted so they moved on and adopted elsewhere. Now, I have no home again. I am sad. The rescue people are sad. I am back to square 1 which just breaks my heart. I just want a family to call my own. Someone to hold and snuggle me. Someone to love me unconditionally the way I will love them. I was originally dumped in a Petsmart parking lot by my original family. The rescue thinks it is because I had an infection on my skin and in my ears. They took me to the vet and fixed me up really quick. I am great now. I was very afraid at first and didnt understand why I was left alone in such a scary place. I sure was glad they were there to take me in. They found out I am a great dog and just want love. I am about 6-8 years old and I weigh 16 lbs. I am healthy as a horse. I have been neutered, had my teeth cleaned, microchipped, vaccinated, and had full lab work done. I am current on heartworm and flea prevention. I am completely housebroken, leash trained, perfect. I love kids, cats, dogs, everyone. My favorite activity in the world is going for walks! I would definitely enjoy being your walking partner. To apply for Darwin, visit fightingfordawn. His adoption fee is $200 which covers all vetting. We are in Atlanta. We do adopt to out of state families but you must travel to Atlanta to pick the dog up to drive them home, we do not transport.
