NOTICE TO: ALL STUDENTS FROM: ACADEMIC REGISTRAR DATE: 27TH Nov. 2014 RE: ONLINE REGISTRATION We are finally saying bye-bye to manual registration and stepping forward to online registration. With effect from today, you will not need to fill the registration forms. All you need to do is register online. Steps to follow. 1. Check the timetable for the units on offer for next trimester. 2. Select the units you intend to take next trimester (this should be done in consultation with your academic advisor). 3. Enter the units in your student portal 4. From the system, check the fees you are required to pay for the selected number of units. 5. Pay fees through the bank or using the convenient mode of payment as advised by the finance department. 6. Submit your banking slip (evidence of payment) to the finance office. 7. Receive your fees statement. 8. The finance department will advise you on registration status. 9. Check your student portal to confirm registration. Once the above steps have been followed, you will an officially registered student for the selected trimester. For the majority who had filled the pre-registration form, it is still ok. You will proceed with the process from where you left. You will not have to go looking for your form since you have already selected and entered the units online. NB: 1. Please note, a student will need to officially apply (using the relevant forms) for special requests such as; • Add/drop • Cross registration • Directed Study • Challenge units • Transfer unit • Waivers 2. The University will strictly adhere to the deadlines spelt out in the University calendar. Students will be expected to adhere to the same, failure to which they will not be registered for the trimester. 3. The registration deadline for next trimester is Friday 9th January 2015. Late application fees apply between Monday 12th –Friday 16th January 2015. After this, the systems will be locked and no student can register thereafter. TO THE DISTANCE LEARNING STUDENTS Be advised that ENAZ registration is not an official registration, it is a learning platform. You are therefore expected to follow the above procedure. You should do both CAMS and ENAZ registration. Blessings to you all.
