Like my friend Afia Sintim will say, this is a not so a rant. I was a bit skeptical when i heard holiwood was producing a christian movie. After watching Noah (2014), my misgivings were justified. Its nice they want to produce a christian movie but as far as my bible knowledge is concerned, the details are woefully distorted (and here i stand to be corrected). *angels were created on the second day of creation and they were charged to watch over adam and eve. And after their sin, the angels came down to try to make things right for man and this act of compassion caused them to become fallen angels??? * Cain was protected by fallen angels (who became rock monsters) after killing his brother?? *Noah met with Methusella to discuss Gods plan of the flood?? *An instant forest was provided by God to provide wood for the ark?? * Fallen angels helped Noah to build the ark?? *All the animals on the ark were put to sleep for the duration of the flood?? * one of Cains descendants stowed away on the ark?? *Noahs sons except for Shem, had no wives and so the purpose for saving them was so they could be the last men on earth so the human race could die out?? * Ham assisted Tubaal Cain to try to Kill Noah??? * Noah was going to murder his grandchildren? I understand that the idea was probably to make things a bit more interesting, but seeing how impressionable we are and how little of the bible we actually read, i think we should get the facts right.
