Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. (Luke 15:10) The Bible tells us that the angels are aware of the moment that each person repents of his sin & becomes a Christian. According to Luke 15:10, they rejoice. But even though Angels rejoice when people are saved & glorify God who has saved them, there is one thing they cannot do: they cannot testify personally to something they have not experienced. Angels have not been redeemed. They can only point to the experience of the redeemed & rejoice that God has saved them. We alone, throughout eternity, give our personal witness to the salvation that God achieved by grace & that we receive through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. Are you bearing witness to those around you of your salvation? It is, indeed, an awesome privilege!
