Limited point of perspective? If we are open-minded we can - TopicsExpress

Limited point of perspective? If we are open-minded we can view things from a variety of perspectives, if we are closed-minded we often view things from a personal egoistic perspective. We can identify a problem when our leaders are closed-minded and only look after their own best interests first, then comes the rest of us. In my view this totally the wrong mind set to be a leader, you should first make sure everyone in your team is well and then see if there is something left for you. But, we have been ruled by closed-minded people for a long-time, so we are not really thought open-mindedness is schools, as it does not serve the best interests of the few. How to become an open-minded thinker? Well first remove yourself from any scenario you are looking for a solution to, take the we or us perspective, and even better is the all perspective. Naturally you have to also make personal decisions, but if you cannot help others then at least make sure you do not hurt or harm anybody with intent. Learn to zoom out with your mind and you will find all solutions. If you are trying to solve a problem for example is facing, zoom out to see if the county or country has something to do with the problem and in some cases does the continent or planet have something to do with the problem. Go to the root of the cause and you will eventually find the solution to each and every problem. However, when you get these solution they might ask you to change the planet, but then do it, as that might be the only way to solve the problem you are facing locally. As I have said, first fix the universe and the fix the planet, which means create the optimal solution to the problem and then start with baby steps to fix it. As we are all in this together, what one does reflects on how it goes for the other. Do not worry, to think big will be the new normal in a few years, so become a trend setter, speak globally act locally, then make your way up until you are in a position to make a huge difference. One!
