Lincoln County, first of all i want to say Thank You for the last year of being supportive and patient. I am your Times news Carrier. My last day will be Monday November 3. I will NOT be renewingmy contract. There have been many issues which Times News just didnt care to resolve and also due to my Health. I will be having a third surgery on my wrist in December. Also for the last 4 months i have insisted on getting the paper on time so as i could be done early due to my route taking over 4hrs to complete. I also have young children which i have to get to school on time. I was ignored. I regret to say that in the last year there have been 5 managers and seems they cannot keep employees. For the last two weeks i have tried getting ahold of my manager via text vmail calls with no luck. I have called the Publisher Travis and he seemed to not seem interested in what i had to say. It makes me very sad because i care very much formy customers and was happy to go above and beyond for them. Be it get out of my car and deliver to the door for the elderly and handicapped. The reason why i am ranting here NOW is because YOU have a voice and only YOU will be the impact on this company. So i ask You to speak out and let them know you will NOT put up with thus and be another number account. You pay good money and rates are increasing and have a right to receive proper care. Dont speak to anyone but The Publisher Travis because anyone else wont matter. Thank you for being so wonderful and patient.
