Steer clear of left lane opp helenvale stanford road, lots of puddles or should I say dams. Makes steering difficult. MVA: st francis bay 2 vehicles involved... one is a SAP car... EMS on scene... Westering parking lot-at the school is flooded and people should not go by the grass park,they WILL get stuck! 07:30: Cape road just after third ave going towards mount road, left hand lane forming wide puddles. Traffic backed up William moffit from walmer towards cape road due to 3rd ave dip being CLOSED.. Water lying in left lane coming in from Burman rd.. Riverstone dip is being inspected by Traffics oeuns to see whether it should be closed.. No news on N2 traffic,but will take a wild guess it will be backed up..
