LinkedIn Suggestion to companies that post career opportunities on LinkedIn. You may want to consider allowing candidates the ability to apply through their LinkedIn profile instead of having them apply through the company web site. Most smart phones do not navigate well on online applications. You could always screen the candidates and if they make through your first screening process have them speak with someone. More people are using their mobile devices even more than a laptop. The public library is not a safe place to apply for career opportunities because they have little fire wall protection. Just a suggestion.
