She says: Hello, I was just recently diagnosed with mctd by my pc doc n Ive been having a lot of pain, trouble swallowing, bouts of thrush, extreme fatigue and weakness ..all of this is just beyond belief ! Im looking for someone that I can talk to because my family is having trouble relating to me and I feel all alone. I know its difficult for them to understand because its really difficult for me and even the Doctor to understand. I find it hard to explain myself without sounding like a broken record and its hard to not complain about how I feel. Im so alone and frustrated and sometimes I feel I just cant go on like this and think about relieving my family of..well..ME! I was so happy about finding other ppl going threw the exact same thing though. I saw my doc today n he isnt being agressive with this. I mean, so far, all he did was give me prednisone which made me feel awful on top of my normal AWFUL ..I always thought it made ppl feel better but all it did was give me more insomnia and med me extremely angry and anxious and very nervous feeling inside..ugh..this is a truly evil disease!! Im sorry, Im having a really bad time!
