Listening to a Radio 4 programme about health care I wonder, was everyone with MS born in a hospital? They are saying it is not really safer to bive birth in a maternity clinic where other mothers are also giving birth helped (cared for) by the same staff who probably didnt wash their hands between ladies. He is laying out stats for outcomes - it is safer to give birth at home among people who know you and really do care. Places that are achieving economic improvement and now tend to go to hospital while in Labour are showing a drop in outcomes! Have we picked up the trigger factor for MS from the hands of the midwife?
