Literally, in 100 years I never would have guessed the end result of this artisans work. Never! Doesnt matter though, because over here OSHA would shut him down in a jiffy. Heavy fines, of course, would follow from the EPA and who knows how many other useless govt agencies that hate successful entrepreneurs, actually entrepreneurship in totality. (It threatens a bureaucrats livelihood, you see.) As for the comment below ref. wasted resources? Nonsense, all that material would be put to even more creative use, Id put money on that assumption.
