Little Sissy came to us pretty starved and neglected- poor baby had to endure already so much neglect in her life. This ordeal has not broken her spirit at all, she is the sweetest baby girl and has no mean bone in her body. All she wants is to be loved, petted and taken care of. She has beautiful soulful eyes. She is right now skin and bones and she is looking for a family to give her lots of TLC so that she can be a happy and healthy little girl that will love you to the moon and back. She might weigh 3 pound right now and should reach 10-15 pounds when fully grown. Darling of a puppy. Vet reference or home visit will be conducted before application can be approved
