Little clip of an exercise I did today in my indoor work out... Many people see this exercise and think its all for your core... wrong, i do this as it really works & helps my inner thighs ! Gets them wobbly areas working ;) Have a try yourself ! Aim is to get the ball as close to the floor as possible. If you want to activate your core more, add some crunches in as you raise your legs :) hope it helps xxx
