Live Broadcast of Global Youth Day activities Dear Brethren, Greetings. On ​S abbath March 15, 2014 our youth join 8 million others around the world and will head to the streets to carry out acts of practical kindness in our Global Youth Day emphasis. Highlights of the activities will be carried live on Hope TV from Friday Night. You are invited to view the proceedings.. Note that the Caribbean Union will be featured on that live stream sometime between 5:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m on Sabbath evening, March 15, 2014. I am scheduled to be in St.Kitts for the event and will broadcast live from there. Please invite your Youth and others to view the program. Kindly note the following: There will be two different transmissions Transmission 1 – Spanish program exclusively for Inter-­‐America. The flag wave for community service activities in Mexico City launches. Time of transmission: 12:00pm (Miami Time, 1:00 p.m in the Eastern Caribbean) Transmission 2 – World program (23 hours long) -­‐Transmission begins from New Zealand: Friday, Mar. 14, 23:00hrs. -­‐Program closes: Sabbath, March 15, at 22:00hrs. -­‐TV Channel: Hope Church Channel -­‐Internet channel: globalyouthday.org. This is the one for us to participate in. LINK FROM INTER-­AMERICA TO THE WORLD PROGRAM The Inter-­‐American division has been assigned two hours of programming for Sabbath, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm (Miami Time, *5:00p.m to 7:00 p.m Eastern Caribbean Time).* We will transmit from Mexico City. INTER-­AMERICAN UNION PARTICIPATION -­‐ During the two hours, each link from every union will have the opportunity to share in three minutes live, how they are celebrating GYD or present a video that can summarize the activities in their territory. The Caribbean Union should be on about 6:36 p.m. Please inform your youth and churches. I hope you will be able to view the live feed. This is the beginning of AY week of Prayer.
